Day in the Life of a Transport

Once you’ve called to book your car or motorcycle for transport, the
best time to pick up the vehicle will be agreed upon. You will be in
direct communication with the driver as pick up time approaches to
answer any last minute questions you may have.

Once the driver arrives with a fully enclosed trailer an inspection will
be performed to ensure the condition of your vehicle.

Using hydraulic lifts to load the car and only soft tie-downs to secure
it, your car will be loaded into the trailer and secured for transport.

Every time our trucks stop (for fueling, a break, or to load/unload
another car) our drivers inspect all of the cars and motorcycles
currently loaded in the trailer. The frequency of these inspections
allows potential issues to be avoided. Drivers go above and beyond,
even checking antifreeze in the winter, and securing any loose parts or
items to help prevent any type of damage.

You will be notified periodically on the progress of the transport by
the driver. As the final destination approaches a convenient time to
drop off your car (at your door) will be arranged.

Upon arrival you review the condition sheet with your driver to verify
the damage free transport, and payment will be due via cash, cashier’s
check, or Mastercard/Visa (no personal or business checks allowed).
Don’t forget to ask your driver for a free Curves Ahead tee shirt!
